Weekly Mountain Bike Ride in Frick Park!

Join 3 Rivers Outdoor Company as we ride from our front door in Regent Square to some of the best that Frick Park has to offer.

Every Thursday at 6pm beginning May 21st (Meet at 3ROC)

Difficulty Level: Intermediate to difficult. Frick Park trails feature steep uphill and downhill terrain with roots, rocks, and obstacles. We can adapt the ride for different skill levels, but be prepared! Mountain bikes with knobby tires, suspension, and disc brakes are strongly encouraged.

What to Bring: *Helmets are mandatory.

**bring sufficient water, snacks, and spare inner tubes for yourself.
